Lead Behavioral Health Technician
for our
Detox and Residential treatment facility
in
Dublin, NH . This is an evening position; 1pm-9pm or 2pm-10pm with one weekend day a month.
Responsibilities
Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, etc.)
Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

Avenues Recovery Center at Dublin is a residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. Set on 11 expansive acres of scenic New Hampshire countryside, Avenues at Dublin offers a rustic and relaxed environment where clients can immerse themselves in their recovery—and emerge stronger, healthier, and happier than ever before. This facility is staffed by passionate and skilled clinicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, addictions counselors and behavioral health technicians who consistently deliver care in the most dignified and compassionate manner. What We\'re Looking For
High School diploma or GED required.
Valid driver\'s license and CPR certification preferred
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
