Now hiring a Residential Manager/Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor for our new location opening in Norfolk, VA.
What You\'ll Do
Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones, etc.)
Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment
Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff
Record and escalate any critical communications/incidents in a timely manner
Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support, etc.)
Oversee all BHTs on your shift and provide training and support
What We\'re Looking For
High School diploma or GED preferred
Valid Driver\'s license and CPR certification preferred
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality
Dignified character that models recovery principles

Avenues Recovery Center at Prince Frederick is a 93-bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. Newly remodeled, our expansive building brings all services under one roof and gives clients a five-star experience as they begin their recovery. Our medical and clinical team is on call 24/7 to respond to every need, and consistently provides care in a dignified and compassionate manner. The atmosphere is one of acceptance, hope, and healing, and contributes greatly to each client\'s recovery.
