In This Role, You Will
Provide exceptional patient care during surgical and dental procedures, including anesthesia induction and monitoring, patient preparation and recovery, dental cleanings, and dental radiographs
Ensure efficient exam room workflow while delivering outstanding, empathetic client communication
Review treatment plans, provide clear discharge instructions, and confidently address client questions
Collaborate closely with veterinarians and support staff during outpatient visits to ensure the highest standard of patient care
Work at the top of your license in a supportive, team-focused environment

Schedule
Flexible, full-time position
5/8 schedule, Monday-Friday
Weekend rotation with a technician and assistant every 5th weekend (adjusted for holiday rotation)
Full-time Benefits and Compensation
Compensation: $16-20 per hour, for each hour worked
Bonus package: $500-$2,000 based on experience and licensure
CE allowance: Up to $1,000 annually based on licensure

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set
5+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Mississippi is preferred
Proficiency in:
Anesthesia induction and monitoring
Dental prophylaxis and dental radiographs
IV catheter placement
IV/IM injections
Cystocentesis
Microscope evaluation
Exotic animal experience (preferred)
