Job Description
Domino’s Pizza is hiring assistant managers to lead store operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of customer service and profitability.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee all store operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.

Staff scheduling, paperwork, and staff management.

Control food, inventory, and maintain store cleanliness.

Work to a schedule and maintain a perfect image, marketing and profitability.

Operate all equipment and perform tasks such as operating the order window, kitchen equipment, and delivery vehicles.

Stock ingredients, prepare products, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.

Qualifications & Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.

Accurate monetary change handling.

Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.

Typing or entry of orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Map reading, address location, and navigation skills for delivery.

Valid driver's license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle.

Work Conditions
Workers may experience varying weather conditions, temperature extremes (36°F to 90°F+), exposure to food fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Work may involve standing, walking, lifting, carrying, and occasional climbing or pushing.
