
Assistant Property Manager

What You’ll Do
Under the direction of the Property Manager, this role assists in maintaining compliance and the successful day‑to‑day operations in all aspects of property management. The role requires regular communication with residents to ensure on‑time rent payment and adherence to lease agreements.
Your Day‑to‑day May Include
Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys and reviews from residents and prospects.
Be knowledgeable of policies related to screening qualifications and application criteria, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move‑in/move‑out procedures, and be able to explain these items to existing and prospective residents.
Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid and/or late fees, communicate with residents regarding outstanding balances, implement procedures for collecting delinquent balances, and enforce the lease.
Tour the community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects, and maintain current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
What You Bring
A minimum of 1–2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant.
Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard use, internet search, math, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing laws.

The expected compensation range for this position is $24.00 – $26.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
