
Master Scheduler

As the Master Scheduler for Siemens' automatic transfer switches and power control systems division, you will schedule orders for the assembly department, ensuring delivery reliability, asset management, and effective communication across the production area. Your role supports the launch of specialized equipment for hospitals, data centers, utilities, and mass transportation, enhancing the reliability of critical power systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop schedules, monitor workload capacity, and optimize production resources to meet customer expectations and internal financial goals.
Schedule, release, and distribute SAP production orders.
Facilitate production meetings to ensure successful communication and execution.
Maintain the Master Production Plan, ensuring real-time data accuracy.
Partner with purchasing, sales, and engineering to secure materials and product release packages.
Maintain SAP accuracy.
Build shortage reports and drive them to completion.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of scheduling experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to travel up to 5%.
Previous experience in a manufacturing facility.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Proficiency with SAP preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and problem‑solving abilities.
Demonstrated working knowledge of ERP systems.
