Job Description
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience and lobby engagement activities.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and avoiding loss.
Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

Associate level or equivalent degree with related experience or product knowledge. Typically requires 3+ years of experience. A comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered in lieu of a degree.

No required certifications. Candidates subject to background checks as required by consumer financial protection regulations.
Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $46,800 – $66,125 per year. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
