NBOA: Business Leadership for Independent Schools is seeking an experienced Controller to join its leadership team in Bothell, Washington. This full-time position entails overseeing all financial operations including fund accounting and budgeting, and collaborating with school leadership and the Board. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the nonprofit sector, and hold a Bachelor's degree. Salary range is $125,000 – $140,000, along with a robust benefits package including health insurance and a retirement plan.
