The Opportunity
This is a high-impact
Senior Accountant
role focused on property accounting within a growing multifamily portfolio. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in supporting the month-end close process, financial reporting, and overall accounting operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone coming from a strong public accounting + real estate background who is looking to step into a more dynamic, ownership-driven environment with clear growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Support and execute the month-end close process across a growing portfolio
Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
Perform property-level accounting and reporting (Yardi)
Assist with lender reporting requirements
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Work closely with AP and outsourced accounting support
Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of real estate accounting experience (multifamily preferred)
Background in public accounting strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems
Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting
Demonstrated career progression and stability
