At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full‑time Mobile Crisis Coordinator to join our Community Regional Crisis Response (CR2) team in Northern Virginia.
Sign‑on and retention bonus for full‑time new hires: $2,500.
Schedule
12‑hour shifts 9 p.m.–9 a.m.
One 4‑hour shift Sun–Wed
Your Role in Our Mission
The CR2 Mobile Crisis Coordinator (MCC) provides immediate, mobile crisis intervention for individuals experiencing mental health crises. The MCC conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, delivers intensive counseling to stabilize the client, and reduces hospitalization risk. The MCC leads meetings to engage support networks, creates service plans tailored to client needs, and works within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care. The MCC maintains accurate, detailed documentation of all client interactions and may participate in a rotating on‑call schedule. This position requires community travel to Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties and cities. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of these areas.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human service field
Full QMHP registration with the VA Board of Health Professionals or license‑eligible as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
Skills in crisis intervention, adaptability, problem‑solving, and decision making
One year of experience with mental health populations preferred
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Suite, and general technical savvy
