Responsibilities
Provides immediate, mobile crisis intervention for individuals experiencing mental health crises. This response includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering intensive counseling to stabilize the client and reduce hospitalization risk.
Leads meetings to engage support networks, creates service plans tailored to client needs, and works within a multidisciplinary team for coordinating care.
Maintains accurate, detailed documentation of all client interactions.
May participate in rotating on-call schedule.
Travel to Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties/cities. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the mentioned areas.

Compensation and Benefits
Sign-on and retention bonus for new hires with payout milestones at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year; additional yearly stipends provided as grant funding permits.
Competitive Salary: $58,000 - $61,000 per year

What We’re Looking For
Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a human service field
Full QMHP registration with the VA Board of Health Professionals OR license-eligible as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
Skills: Crisis intervention, adaptability, problem-solving and decision making
1 year experience with mental health populations (preferred)
Maintain a valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance
Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Suite, and technically savvy
