HR Administrator
$45/hour | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We’re seeking an experienced
HR Administrator
to support a large, complex, multi-department workforce within a dynamic organization. (5000+ employees)
This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a high-impact environment and can serve as a trusted advisor to leadership—particularly in navigating sensitive and complex employee relations matters.
Key Focus Areas:
Employee relations leadership, including investigations involving harassment, retaliation, and EEO concerns
Advising and coaching supervisors on performance management, progressive discipline, and workplace expectations
Deep expertise in
FMLA, ADA accommodations, and workers’ compensation
Supporting wage & hour compliance, benefits, and broader HR operations
Interpreting policies, job classifications, and organizational guidelines
You’ll partner with leaders across multiple departments, balancing strategic guidance with hands‑on HR support. A significant portion of this role involves coaching and developing supervisors, many of whom are early in their leadership experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (Personnel Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field)
Minimum of
6 years of progressively responsible HR experience
Proven experience in employee relations and compliance-heavy environments
Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and employment law
Experience supporting large, multi-department organizations
