Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Direct Hire
We are seeking a
Human Resources Generalist
to support a growing manufacturing operation in the Delaware County area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing
safety and training initiatives
with
hands-on HR administrative and clerical responsibilities .
Responsibilities
Partner with leadership and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance
Assist with safety initiatives, hazard identification, and regulatory compliance
Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and workforce training
Support recruiting efforts including screening and interviewing candidates
Manage HRIS data entry, personnel files, and benefits administration
Respond to employee concerns and assist with investigations as needed
Represent the organization in unemployment claims
Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality
Provide front office support including greeting visitors when needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
1–2 years of HR experience required
Working knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with solid data entry and computer proficiency
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
