Overview
We are searching for a hard-working Clinical Team member who enjoys a fast-paced environment while working alongside an AMAZING team!
Our ideal applicant will have experience assisting with clinical procedures and carrying out all other functions of the back office including all pre- and post-op procedures. Dental assistants with an interest in oral surgery as well as new dental assisting graduates are encouraged to apply!
This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday (no weekends)
Responsibilities
Seat patients, take blood pressure/pulse, record vitals and take medical history
Assist doctors and tray assist during dental procedures and surgeries
Assist with sedation processes
Prepare medications
Prepare chart notes
Clean operatories and set up appropriate instrumentation and supplies
Educate patients in the office and over the phone about services and postoperative care
Take impressions and pour models
Take X-rays
Requirements
Dental assisting certification or relevant experience
CPR certification
X-ray certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written/charting skills
