You’ll Be a Fit If You…
Hold a Texas P&C license
Have 12+ months experience in insurance service, billing, claims, or renewals
Thrive when the pace speeds up
Want clients requesting you by name
Are sharp, organized, and fast on the phones
(Bonus) Speak Spanish and want to help more customers
You won’t be a fit if you need constant reminders, get overwhelmed when it’s busy, or avoid being measured.
What You’ll Do
Fix billing + policy issues fast
Beat metrics (resolution time, satisfaction, follow-up rates)
Join weekly coaching on cross-sell, retention, and communication
Spot broken processes and help fix them
Get better every single month
Pay + Perks
$45,000 base + monthly bonuses (top reps: $60K–$70K)
Health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)
Monday–Friday only — your nights + weekends are yours
