Overview
Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, performs journey-level work in the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and similar systems of district buildings and facilities.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair work on electrical, plumbing, HVAC and related building systems as directed.
Schedule
Summer: Mon - Fri, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm; Winter: Mon - Fri, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. 40 hours per week, 12 months per year, 261 work days.
