Job Title: Agile Coach/Agility Lead / Scrum Master (Mid-Level)
Location: Wilmington, DE (2 days onsite - Thurs/Fri, potential 5 days in future)
Role Overview
Client is seeking a Mid-Level Agility Lead / Scrum Master to support the Amazon Accelerated Workforce Team, working across 8 teams in a large-scale enterprise environment. This role partners closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure effective Agile delivery and team performance.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Serve as Scrum Master supporting Scrum teams
Strong experience with Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices
Solid understanding of the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Jira expertise required
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in large-scale / enterprise organizations
Proven Scrum team experience
Ability to coach teams; coaching experience is a strong plus
Technical & Domain Preferences
Exposure to AWS, Java, and Mainframe technologies is highly desirable
Financial domain experience is a plus
Certifications
Any Scrum-related certification is acceptable
Overview
Supporting Amazon Co-branded Card Portfolio (Banking)
Managing 4 US-based engineering teams (Agile environment)
Focus on Agile delivery, backlog health, Jira tracking, and team coaching
Must Have
3-5 years Scrum Master / Agility Lead experience
At least 2 years in large enterprise environment
Strong Jira experience
Agile ceremonies, backlog management, metrics tracking
Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation skills
Nice to Have
Agile coaching experience
Experience with OKRs / Agile metrics
Confluence
Exposure to AWS / Java environments (not mandatory)
Key Traits
Adaptability across tech stacks
Ability to interpret Agile metrics and coach teams
Experience working with product managers and engineering teams
