Senior Recruiter – Role Overview
We are expanding our Talent Team and are looking for a creative, high‑performing Senior Recruiter eager to take on a new challenge. In this role, you will own a variety of full‑cycle recruitment efforts globally across Enterprise Sales, Finance, Marketing, Design, Legal, Government Affairs, and more.

Responsibilities

Own a world‑class full‑lifecycle recruitment process, attracting and recruiting top talent for a large volume of global senior‑level roles across non‑engineering teams.

Partner with hiring managers and organizational leaders on effective recruiting strategies and influence where necessary.

Manage recruiting funnels in Ashby with diligence.

Proactively source and recruit top talent.

Take initiative, introduce talent projects to optimize efficiencies, and take ownership of these projects.

Qualifications

8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience at high‑growth technology companies, focusing on Enterprise Sales, Sales Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Design, Legal, Government Affairs, and other teams.

Experience managing a high volume senior‑level desk in a hyper‑growth scale‑up environment.

Courage and resilience; proven ability to source senior‑level talent and a strong sense of ownership as a consultative partner to leadership teams.

Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive under pressure.

Strong ability to excel in rapidly evolving ambiguous environments.

Natural entrepreneur, influencer, and enjoys working cross‑functionally.
