Job Description
A boutique litigation firm in Encino, CA is seeking a motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join its growing team. The firm handles disputes and lawsuits involving business, real estate, employment, and other matters—from pre‑litigation through trial.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
Assist with discovery, including written discovery and document review.
Support depositions, hearings, and court appearances.
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Organize and manage case files efficiently.
Qualifications
2–4 years of civil litigation experience.
Active California State Bar license (required).
Strong legal writing and research skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
$120,000 – $150,000 annual salary.
