Job Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Associate with 1 to 3 years of experience in land use, zoning, local government, and environmental law to join our active land use practice in the Miami office. The role involves researching land use issues, preparing legal memoranda and briefs, drafting covenants and other legal documents, handling selected public hearings, and assisting with applications for development approvals.
Responsibilities
Research land use issues and relevant legal matters.
Prepare legal memoranda and briefs.
Draft covenants and other legal documents.
Handle select public hearings.
Assist in applications for development approvals.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in land use, zoning, local government, and environmental law.
Strong background and experience in legal research and writing.
Deep understanding of Florida state and local government structure.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Interpersonal, organizational, and self‑motivation skills.
Ability to solve problems independently.
Must be a member of the Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next examination.
