Job Details
A well-established litigation firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex construction defect and real estate litigation matters representing property owners, community associations, and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
Manage construction defect litigation matters from investigation through resolution
Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery motions
Conduct and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
Collaborate with construction experts, engineers, and consultants to evaluate defects and damages
