Rebuilding First Responders Program – South Easton, MA (On-Site)
Part-Time (2 days/week: Tuesday–Thursday rotation, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

About the Role
The First Responder Program Intake & Care Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting patient access, intake processes, and day-to-day coordination within our specialized program serving first responders and veterans.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with a population that requires trust, structure, and a high level of care coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and support patient intake processes for incoming individuals
Coordinate closely with the Admissions Team to ensure smooth and timely onboarding
Assist in scheduling patients across levels of care (PHP, IOP, OP)
Support case management coordination, ensuring patients are aligned with appropriate services
Perform administrative and operational tasks under the guidance of the Lead Administrator
Assist with basic billing-related responsibilities as directed
Help maintain organized patient flow and communication across the clinical team
Work collaboratively with and report to the Clinical Director and Lead Administrator
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or administrative coordination preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information
Interest in mental health, substance use, and/or first responder populations strongly preferred
