We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist with experience in pelvic and pediatric care for our outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing a world-class patient experience and ensuring high-quality clinical care.
Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Implement effective therapy interventions in alignment with patient goals.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Redoc EHR system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina.
Experience in orthopedics and neurology is a must.
Preferred experience in vestibular therapy.
