Job Description
Position Overview:
Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis); Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar); Statistical software (R, Python, or Stata preferred); Database/query tools (SQL preferred); Business Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Economic and Business Data Analysis (40%) – Analyze operational and business data using Excel, Power BI, or Python to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support decision-making.
Reporting and Dashboard Development (30%) – Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
Process Improvement and Data Automation (30%) – Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and automate data workflows using Excel, Power BI, or Python.
Qualifications
Economics and Data Analytics.
Education
High School diploma or GED—Required.
Current full‑time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field—Required.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required.
Additional Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must commit to the full duration of the internship (all interns must start no later than June 1, 2026 - August 28, 2026).
