Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support our Finance team with deal processing and funding activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring deals are accurately prepared, submitted, and funded in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and organize deal jackets for submission to Accounting
Review deals for completeness and accuracy prior to posting
Assist with Contracts in Transit (CIT) management
Identify and resolve held offerings or funding issues
Work closely with Finance Managers and Accounting to ensure deals are funded promptly
Follow up on missing documentation and outstanding items
Maintain organized and accurate records of deal activity
Support the Finance department with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous dealership experience preferred (Finance, Accounting, or Office roles)
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesComfortable working with numbers, documents, and systems
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience is a plus)
Experience with dealership systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) is a plus
