Finance & Insurance Manager – Melloy Chevrolet (Los Lunas, NM)
Melloy Auto Group is a family-owned dealership serving New Mexico for over 60 years. We’re looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager who can produce, protect the deal, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
This is a performance role. You’re responsible for profitability, compliance, and making sure every deal is clean, funded, and completed the right way.
You’ll be working with Chevrolet customers in a high-volume environment where both results and customer satisfaction matter.
What You’ll Do
Present financing and protection products clearly and professionally
Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining customer trust
Submit deals to lenders and secure approvals efficiently
Ensure all contracts, paperwork, and documentation are complete and accurate
Manage contracts in transit (CIT) and ensure timely funding
Maintain strong CSI/NPS through a transparent, customer-focused process
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Work closely with sales managers to finalize and deliver deals
Audit deals post-sale to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an F&I Manager in a dealership
Strong knowledge of dealership finance, lender programs, and compliance
Ability to structure and close deals consistently
Deep understanding of contracts, titling, and registration processes
Strong attention to detail (no missed signatures, no funding delays)
Professional communication and presentation skills
Valid driver’s license
