Responsibilities
This full-time role as a Mental Health Counselor involves providing professional counseling services to clients in a hybrid work environment. The role is based in Forest Lake, MN, with flexibility for occasional remote work. Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, offering relationship counseling, and maintaining accurate case documentation. The counselor will work collaboratively with clients and other professionals to ensure effective support and care.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Treatment Planning and proven experience in developing personalized care approaches.
Expertise in Mental Health and Psychology, including knowledge of mental health conditions and evidence-based interventions.
Experience in providing Relationship Counseling, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Case Management skills, including maintaining accurate and confidential records for clients and coordinating care effectively.
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required.
Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health professional in Minnesota.
Empathy, cultural competency, and a dedication to supporting individuals and families in need.
Experience with hybrid work models and the ability to perform responsibilities effectively in both in-office and remote settings.
