Responsibilities
You’ll assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.

Shift: M‑F, 8 hr days – times flexible before 6 AM and no later than 10 AM. Weekend requirements: no weekends unless a holiday falls within M‑F, then hours can be made up on the weekend.

On‑call requirements: None.

Qualifications

1 year of SLP experience

LTC or SNF experience

MO State License

CCC certification

New grads with Level II experience welcome

3 years of active CCS experience preferred

SSN Required

DOB Required

1 Reference in entire work history
