Key Responsibilities
Assist with Accounts Payable activities, including invoice review, GL coding, and 3‑way match verification (PO, receipt, invoice).
Support month‑end close tasks such as reconciliations, reporting, and variance review.
Help maintain accurate financial records, digital filing, and document retention.
Collaborate with Order Entry, Supply Chain and Operations teams to resolve PO discrepancies or missing receipts.
Participate in treasury and cash‑management support tasks as assigned.
Assist with data cleanup and process‑improvement initiatives within ERP and document‑management systems.
Prepare spreadsheets, summaries, and presentations for internal use.
Contribute to special projects that enhance financial controls, efficiency, or reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Completion of introductory accounting coursework preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Self‑motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $26.00.
Compensation packages also include comprehensive benefits, 401K contribution and match, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and more. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance‑based bonus programs.
