Summary of the Role
The Financial Education Coordinator supports the delivery and coordination of retirement plan education programs for plan participants. The role partners closely with advisors, internal teams, and plan sponsors to organize educational meetings, prepare participant materials, and ensure clear, accurate communication of plan benefits and retirement concepts. The coordinator promotes participant engagement and improves understanding of 401(k) plans through effective education and operational support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Handles all support functions for the client’s financial wellness program, including ordering employee incentive items, accurately recording costs, tracking information, servicing email and voicemail boxes, and responding to calls and emails.
Manages meeting input and availability in the RPAG system.
Schedules ad‑hoc meetings for employees with their assigned Financial Professional, tracking receipt of meeting summaries and accurately inputting data into client records.
Supports the team of Financial Professionals with an ongoing calendar of events and necessary information for scheduled appointments.
Produces promotional materials for scheduled events, such as email campaigns and flyers.
Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients, including coordinating implementation calls, bi‑weekly status calls, and ongoing oversight of each client’s financial wellness program.
Candidate selected will follow EST time hours.

Business Acumen – knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes to make sound decisions.
Client Relationship Management – ability to determine and satisfy client needs and maintain a partnering relationship during engagements.
Customer Experience Management – implements strategies and techniques to ensure a positive experience for customers.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking – understands the decision‑making process, analyzes situations fully and accurately, and reaches productive decisions.
Effective Communications – understands communication concepts, tools, and techniques; transmits and interprets ideas accurately.
Bilingual – Spanish is a plus.
Financial background preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000, determined by experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level, scope of the position, and geographic location. Additional performance‑based incentives may be available.
