Role

Position: Financial Education Coordinator. This role has the potential to work anywhere in the U.S.
Responsibilities

Handle all support functions for the client’s financial wellness program, including ordering employee incentive items, recording cost and item tracking information, servicing general email and voicemail boxes, and completing tasks related to incoming calls and emails.
Manage meeting input and availability in the RPAG system.
Schedule ad hoc meetings with employees and their assigned Financial Professional, track receipt of meeting summaries, and input data into client records.
Support the team of Financial Professionals by providing an ongoing calendar of events and all necessary information for scheduled appointments.
Produce promotional materials for scheduled events, including email campaigns, flyers, and other client materials.
Coordinate relationship management activities with new and existing clients, including implementation calls, bi-weekly status calls, and ongoing oversight of each client’s financial wellness program.
Perform other program-related tasks as needed.

Effective communications – ability to convey and interpret ideas, information, and needs clearly; ability to read and understand details from written communication.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, PTO and paid holidays, 401(k) with match, and more. The base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000, determined by factors including experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level, scope of the position, and geographic location.
