As a Management Trainee at MHC, you will participate in a comprehensive 7‑month rotational program designed to equip you with the experience, knowledge, and guidance necessary to excel in a management role. You’ll have the chance to work alongside seasoned team members, engage in innovative projects, and gain exposure to all facets of our business operations, including Parts, Service, Leasing, Management, and more.
