with spot welding experience.
WELDER/SPOT WELDER NEEDED
1st & 2nd SHIFT AVAILABLE
The
Welder
position is the perfect fit for a dedicated, self‑motivated team player willing to maintain an aggressive production schedule. Overtime and adjusted hours are sometimes necessary as scheduling demands. Candidates must be highly skilled with a minimum of five years welding experience. This position requires comprehensive working knowledge of stainless steel, aluminum and mild steel (all with a wide range of material thickness).
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Specific knowledge of MIG and TIG Welding with 5+ years experience
TIG welding on ALL metals (Stainless, mild, aluminum) in ALL positions
Spot welder setup (Tooling selection, machine setup)
Experience in building fixtures and doing setups for precision sheet metal fabrication
Ability to read blueprints and determine quality requirements
Ensure outstanding quality and optimum efficiency are consistently achieved
Dependability
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in English.
