Responsibilities
Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue. Achieve business results through leadership of and productive collaboration with a wide range of ecosystem partners.
Proactively manage leads and generate referrals, leveraging experience and acquired knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new consumer and business households.
Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI. Work across a broad range of ecosystem partners, including PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage, identify the resources best equipped to meet client needs, and introduce the client accordingly.
Deliver a differentiated client experience and hospitality management through advanced conversation skills, solving client problems courteously and with urgency.
Work with the branch team to help identify consumer and business banking opportunities and create referrals. Follow up on independent opportunities to expand share of wallet with consumer and business clients.
Create client loyalty and grow client share of wallet through differentiated client experience, lobby engagement activities, and education on PNC products.
Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrate sound judgment within established limits, and participate in branch daily operations.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $53,040.00 – $90,200.00.
This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
