Job Description

Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue. Lead proactive lead generation and appointments inside and outside the branch, delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.

Manage and grow business banking relationships, using client information from various sources to create actionable sales strategies and tactics, and generate quality referrals to ecosystem partners.

Develop ecosystem leadership both inside and outside the branch as a COI, working across PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage to match clients with the right resources.

Enhance client experience and hospitality through advanced conversation skills, solving problems courteously and with urgency, and acting as an advocate for clients across product, support, operations, or other departments.

Collaborate with the branch team and manager to identify consumer and business opportunities, expanding share of wallet with referrals.

Create client loyalty by engaging in lobby activities, positioning PNC products, and providing technology solutions that meet clients’ needs.

Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, maintaining a heightened scrutiny to avoid loss, and ensuring efficient and accurate daily branch operations.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.

Experience:

Preferred Skills: Accountability, banking, client loyalty, customer experience, customer service, identifying opportunities, leveraging technology, proactive sales.

Competencies: Banking products, business acumen, customer experience management, digital awareness, effective communication, managing multiple priorities, matrix management, prospecting, selling, understanding customer needs.

Licenses/Certifications: None required for this role. Additional background checks will be conducted per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $40,700.00 – $90,200.00 annual. Salary may vary based on location, market data, skills, experience, and education. The role is incentive eligible.
