As a Business Banking Specialist in our Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Riverview, FL at the Bloomingdale branch (11015 Bloomingdale Ave, Riverview, FL 33578).
Job Description
Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue, leading proactive lead generation and appointments inside and outside the branch.
Maintain and grow Business Banking relationships under $2MM in sales revenue, translating client information into actionable sales strategy.
Develop ecosystem leadership as COI, working with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage.
Deliver a differentiated client experience, solving problems with urgency and advocating for clients across departments.
Collaborate with the branch team to identify opportunities and create referrals.
Engage clients in the lobby to position PNC products and educate them on managing financial transactions.
Adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring risk is managed and daily operations are efficient.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
Preferred Skills: Accountability, Banking, Client Loyalty, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Service, Identifying Opportunities, Leveraging Technology, Proactive Sales.
