Position Overview
As a Business Banking Specialist within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Farmington Hills, MI at the 12 Mile/Orchard branch.

Job Description

Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue. Lead collaborations with ecosystem partners, manage proactive lead generation, and conduct appointments inside and outside the branch.

Translate client information from various sources into actionable sales strategies. Generate quality referrals to ecosystem partners and leverage tools to maximize business results.

Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a Center of Influence. Work with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage to meet client needs.

Deliver differentiated client experience and hospitality through advanced conversation skills and tailored solutions aligned with clients’ holistic needs, including deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing.

Assist branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities, creating referrals in cooperation with the Branch Manager and Business Banker.

Engage clients in lobby activities, educate them on managing financial transactions through technology, and apply product knowledge to solve problems and drive loyalty.

Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment and participating in daily branch operations.
