
Community Investment Program Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION
NOV is seeking a motivated marketing intern to support the rollout and adoption of our global community investment program, NOV Good Energy. This role will focus on building and launching our global volunteer platform and supporting employee engagement initiatives across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Project: Volunteer Platform Launch
Build and launch NOV’s global volunteer platform (Get Connected)
Coordinate with Legal, HR, and Communications teams to ensure compliance and alignment
Upload and manage volunteer opportunities across global regions
Develop strategy to drive employee participation and engagement
Create processes for tracking and reporting volunteer hours
Design and implement incentive programs to encourage participation
Train global HR and key stakeholders on how to use the platform
Draft and execute internal communications for launch and adoption
Secondary Projects (as needed)
Support social media and internal communications highlighting volunteer activities
Assist in planning and executing a summer charity or volunteer event
Help maintain and update NOV Good Energy content across platforms
Qualifications
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple teams
Interest in corporate marketing, social responsibility, and community engagement programs
Experience with content creation, communications, or digital platforms is a plus
