Production Process Coach - Final
This role involves supervising UAW employees within various areas of the plant. The Production Process Coach will be responsible for managing 50-90 employees in the department, ensuring daily tasks are completed and holding staff accountable to follow policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Oversee UAW employees within different areas of the plant.
Manage 50-90 employees, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently.
Hold employees accountable to follow established policies and procedures.
Make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure presence 30-45 minutes before production starts and after it ends.
Essential Skills
Previous supervision experience.
Experience supervising in a union environment.
Automotive industry background, preferably with an OEM or tier 1 supplier.
Basic computer literacy, specifically with Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
3-5 years of supervision experience within an automotive facility.
Recommendations from Ford Management employees are a huge asset.
Strong soft skills; ability to handle challenging situations.

Work Environment
The role requires flexibility with hours and shifts, with some employees working 60-70 hours per week. The position involves a rotating swing shift every 3 months between A, B, and C crew. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $41.50/hr.
