Location: Umatilla, Oregon (Onsite)

Role Overview
As a Data Center Technician, you will serve as a primary resolver for your support team. You will be skilled at troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. This role requires basic to intermediate system administration skills and the ability to work autonomously to resolve server issues while also functioning effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware infrastructure issues.
Support and share knowledge of data center technologies with team members.
Work autonomously to resolve server issues.
Understand all aspects of the equipment you support.
Follow directions with attention to all details involved.
Collaborate effectively with team members.
Remain receptive to feedback and adjust performance as required.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $20.00 and $26.00 per hour.
