Production Technician
The Production Technician works in a controlled cleanroom environment, following Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers. You follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings, to ensure products meet strict quality and consistency standards. Responsibilities
Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers according to established procedures and quality standards.
Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions, and technical drawings with a high level of accuracy.
Work in a cleanroom environment while adhering to all cGMP requirements and site‑specific protocols.
Perform general production, assembly line, and packaging tasks as assigned.
Accurately complete required data entry and production documentation in electronic or paper‑based systems.
Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively during assembly and production activities.
Follow detailed procedures and instructions to maintain product quality and process consistency.
Collaborate with team members in a fast‑paced, production-focused environment to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Apply strong attention to detail to identify and escalate any issues or deviations in materials, processes, or documentation.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow chemical hygiene practices when working with disinfectants, solvents, and IPA.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with cleanroom and safety standards.
Support continuous improvement by following best practices and contributing to a safe, efficient, and compliant operation.
Essential Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Basic computer skills to complete training modules and perform data entry.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to address issues in production processes.
Good verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and documentation.
Ability to follow detailed procedures, work instructions, and technical drawings accurately.
Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced production environment.
Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout a shift of up to 10 hours.
Capability to frequently perform forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions.
Ability to occasionally lift and handle up to 40 pounds unassisted.

You wear required gowning, including gloves, hair or beard net, face cover, and safety glasses, and you do not wear makeup or jewelry in the cleanroom. The role involves frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion, along with regular standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift. You occasionally lift and handle up to 40 pounds unassisted. You use hand tools, production equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow chemical hygiene practices when working with disinfectants, solvents, and IPA.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 – $21.28/hr.
