Job Title: Production Technician
The Production Technician works in a controlled cleanroom environment to manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers in accordance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). In this role, you follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings to ensure consistent, high-quality products. You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and maintain strong attention to detail while meeting production and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers in a cleanroom environment while following cGMP standards.
Follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings, to complete production tasks accurately.
Perform general production, assembly line, and packaging activities according to established workflows and timelines.
Handle materials and components in a controlled manner to maintain product integrity and cleanliness.
Use basic computer systems to complete required training modules and production-related documentation or data entry.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanroom protocols, including proper gowning and hygiene requirements.
Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively as part of daily tasks.
Perform frequent gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions as required by production activities.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and support continuous improvement of production processes.
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to coordinate work, report issues, and ensure smooth workflow.
Identify basic production or quality issues and use analytical and problem-solving skills to assist in resolving them.
Comply with all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to chemical hygiene practices when working with disinfectants, solvents, and IPA.
Support a team-oriented culture by collaborating with coworkers to meet production goals and timelines.
Essential Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
Ability to follow detailed procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, and technical instructions accurately.
Basic computer skills sufficient to complete training modules and perform simple data entry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address basic production and quality issues.
Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and document work as needed.
Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adherence to cleanroom protocols.
Ability to perform frequent gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motions throughout the shift.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move continuously during the workday and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
Comfort working with personal protective equipment (PPE) and basic chemical hygiene practices involving disinfectants, solvents, and IPA.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1 year of production experience is preferred but not required.
Experience in production, assembly, warehouse, or order picking roles is beneficial.
Experience in general production, cleanroom work, assembly, warehouse operations, assembly line work, or packaging is an advantage.
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and supporting shared goals.

Work Environment
This role is based in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment where you may work up to 10 hours per day with the possibility of overtime. The cleanroom maintains more than 30% humidity, a temperature range of approximately 60–70°F, and ambient noise typical of a production facility. You follow strict gowning requirements, including gloves, hair or beard net, face cover, and safety glasses, and you do not wear makeup or jewelry in the cleanroom. You regularly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow chemical hygiene practices when working with disinfectants, solvents, and IPA. The position requires frequent gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion, as well as standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift. You occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted and use hand tools and production equipment to complete your tasks.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 – $21.28/hr.
