Production Technician
As a Production Technician, you'll be a key part of a high-performing cleanroom team producing critical BioProcess Containers. Working under Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), you'll follow precise procedures, technical drawings, and quality standards to ensure consistent, reliable products. This is a hands-on role for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced, team-focused environments.
What You'll Be Doing
Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers
Follow SOPs, work instructions, and technical drawings with accuracy
Maintain strict compliance with GMP and cGMP guidelines
Perform repetitive, detail-focused tasks while meeting quality standards
Collaborate with teammates to support production goals
What We're Looking For
Required Skills
Experience in production, assembly, or warehouse environments
Basic computer skills for training and documentation
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and written communication
Ability to follow detailed, regulated procedures
Team-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of production or manufacturing experience (not required)
Comfortable using hand tools and equipment
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
Able to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift

Work Environment Details
Cleanroom manufacturing environment
Shifts up to 10 hours/day, with possible overtime
Conditions include:
Temperature: 6070F
Humidity: 30%+
Moderate ambient noise
Required gowning: gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, safety glasses
No makeup or jewelry permitted
Physical demands include repetitive motions, gripping, pushing, and pulling
PPE required; regular use of disinfectants and solvents

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
