Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, etc.) to spearhead the establishment of a new clinical service in a brand‑new outpatient location. The role will focus on designing and implementing comprehensive assessment protocols and limited group‑based interventions for neurodivergent clients. This is a unique opportunity to shape a program from the ground up, with the potential to transition into a permanent leadership role.
Qualifications
Doctorate in psychology from an accredited college or university
Experience
Prior experience conducting psychological testing, required
Prior experience with neurodivergent populations, required
Prior experience with program development, strongly preferred
Supervising pre/post‑doctoral interns preferred
Licensure
Current WA State psychologist license for a minimum of two (2) years, required
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Additional Requirements
As part of new hire orientation, the employee will obtain CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De‑Escalation certification upon hire
