Position Summary: Licensed Clinical Psychologist - Lynnwood Outpatient location. We are seeking a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, etc.) to spearhead the establishment of a new clinical service in a brand‑new outpatient location. The role will focus on designing and implementing comprehensive assessment protocols and limited group‑based interventions for neurodivergent clients. This is a unique opportunity to shape a program from the ground up, with the potential to transition into a permanent leadership role.
Qualifications
Education:
Doctorate in psychology from an accredited college or university
Experience:
Prior experience conducting psychological testing, required
Prior experience with neurodivergent populations, required
Prior experience with program development, strongly preferred
Supervising pre/post‑doctoral interns preferred
Licensure:
Current WA State psychologist license for a minimum of two (2) years, required
Must possess a valid driver's license
Additional Requirements:
As part of new hire orientation, the employee will obtain CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De‑Escalation certification upon hire
