Summary
The Operations and Office Support Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and project coordination support across STRIDE Community Health Center. This role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations while supporting Operations and Project Management functions, including committee coordination, reporting, meetings, and process improvement activities.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Operations
Coordinate daily office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient environment.
Maintain inventory of office and breakroom supplies; submit purchase requests as needed.
Greet and direct visitors.
Serve as primary contact for mail, packages, deliveries, and faxes.
Manage meeting room scheduling, set up, technology, cleanliness, and overall readiness.
Coordinate catering, food orders, and company events.
Collaborate with Facilities and Information Services regarding building needs.
Other duties as assigned.
Executive Team, Project, and Committee Support
Support members of the Executive team including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
Track projects, timelines, and follow-up items to ensure completion.
Manage scheduling and coordination of external events and partnerships.
Support PI/QI activities and process standardization initiatives.
Perform project management and special projects as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
Education And Experience
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in office administration or operations support.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Healthcare or nonprofit experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
Miscellaneous Requirements
Compliance with employee health policies and procedures, including annual influenza vaccination or a medical/religious exemption, as well as undergoing tuberculosis screening and testing.

Work Environment, Physical and Mental Demands
The work environmental characteristics, physical and mental demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job on a routine or consistent basis.
Office environment within a clinical setting. Data entry into computer programs via computer, mouse, and keyboard. Moves about the office environment and occasionally to other locations.
Moves, lifts, and transports objects up to 25 lbs. frequently.
The role also requires sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, walking (over distance), and climbing stairs.
The role also involves overhead reaching and repetitive movements.
Mental tasks such as comparing, copying, computing, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, negotiating, communicating, instructing, and strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction.
Discern/analyze information from others to assist in decision making.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly range of
$25.47 - $34.23 , depending on experience.
This range reflects STRIDE’s good faith estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting. The final salary for the selected candidate will be determined based on several factors, including experience, education, budget, internal equity, specialty, and training.
