Customer Service/Collections Agent
Start date: Monday, June 1st, 2026.
Schedule:
Full-time. 4 day schedule: 7:00–16:00 or 8:00–17:00. 1 day: 11:00–20:00.
In‑office environment with competitive pay, benefits, and commission opportunities.
Training:
3 weeks paid training. No call center experience required.

Purpose of the Position
As a Collection Associate you will be responsible for assisting consumers to resolve their accounts in a manner that is ethical, legal, professional, timely, and transparent. To succeed, you should enjoy a fast‑paced, dynamic, customer‑service and deadline‑oriented environment.
Requirements
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED
9+ months of work history (customer service experience preferred)
Computer and typing skills required
Excellent attendance
Self‑starter with great attention to detail
Customer service mindset
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong work ethic
Competitive spirit, unrelenting drive to be the best
Ability to learn new information and integrate processes
Achieve schedule adherence and compliance expectations
Meet productivity and call quality standards set by the company
Problem‑solving skills & ability to recommend solutions
Additional Information
Day shift available for full‑time work
Compensation: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour plus commissions. Commissions can pay anywhere from $300 to $600 per month if you meet goals.
