Neil Jesani Advisors is a multidisciplinary advisory firm serving over 1,000 ultra-high-net-worth clients across tax planning, tax controversy, trust & estate and asset protection legal structuring, wealth management, and business advisory. We are building a dedicated insurance practice — private client P&C, commercial lines, and employee benefits - to serve our existing client base and the referral networks generated by our integrated platform.

About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned private client insurance professional to lead NJA's Personal Lines P&C practice. You are stepping into a warm ecosystem of 1,000+ UHNW clients - individuals and families with complex personal risk profiles who are already engaged with NJA across tax, legal, and wealth services. That is your foundation. But this is also a growth role: you are expected to source new clients, build your own referral channels, and expand the practice beyond NJA's existing book.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior relationship lead for NJA's UHNW personal lines clients — primary residences, vacation homes, umbrella, art, jewelry, yachts, aviation, and specialty risks

Build and manage a team of account managers and producers as the personal lines book grows

Leverage NJA's cross-referral flow from tax, legal, and wealth management teams to convert existing client relationships into insurance engagements

Establish and maintain carrier relationships across the UHNW personal lines market - Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, Vault, Berkley One, Cincinnati Financial, Openly, and others

Develop the service infrastructure: agency management systems, workflows, service standards, and renewal processes appropriate for UHNW clients

Build referral partnerships with family offices, estate attorneys, CPAs, and wealth managers in South Florida and beyond

Actively source new UHNW personal lines clients through your own network, referral partnerships, and business development efforts - NJA's existing book is your launch pad, not your ceiling

Set growth targets and manage to them - you are accountable for the practice P&L

Qualifications

15+ years of HNW/UHNW personal lines insurance experience, ideally at a boutique private client agency or private client division of a larger brokerage

Deep familiarity with the carriers, markets, and risk profiles specific to ultra-high-net-worth households

Track record of building and managing client relationships at the UHNW level — homes in multiple states, significant art and jewelry schedules, umbrella towers, specialty risks

Florida 2-20 license required; additional state licenses a plus

Strong carrier relationships and a network within the South Florida financial services and advisory community

An advisor's disposition: relationships-first, service-obsessed, trusted without needing to be asked

A builder mentality - energized by building, not maintaining

Nice to Have

Existing relationships with UHNW-focused carriers - Chubb Private Client, PURE, AIG Private Client, Vault, or similar

Established referral network with family offices, estate attorneys, wealth managers, or private bankers in South Florida

Experience building or scaling a personal lines practice at a boutique or within a larger platform

Designations such as CPCU, CIC, or CPRM

Interest in long-term leadership and equity participation as the practice grows
