Property Accountant - Lease & Revenue Analytics

Beacon Hill is looking for an experienced Property Accountant in Raleigh, NC. This temporary-to-hire role involves analyzing lease agreements, calculating operating expenses, and conducting variance analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounting experience and a BS/BA in Accounting or Finance. Familiarity with JD Edwards or Yardi is beneficial but not essential. This position provides an opportunity to work closely with the controller and contribute to the company's financial operations.
