Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain project financials within ERP system, coordinating with Project Managers
* Process client invoices, track receivables, and manage vendor payments
* Issue and track change orders for clients and subcontractors
* Perform project reconciliations and financial reporting
* Assist with work-in-progress (WIP) reporting and job cost tracking
* Record journal entries and ensure accuracy of project financials
* Set up and verify new vendors
* Support internal accounting functions and assist with special projects
Qualifications:
* Associate degree in Accounting required (Bachelor's preferred)
* 5+ years of construction accounting experience (AP/AR required)
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems
* Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
* Analytical, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
